What it is: Hotel-Tracker.com is a hotel price alert service. You add a hotel stay (hotel, dates, number of guests, and your target price or the price you paid), and Hotel Tracker checks the current rate for that exact stay once a day. When the rate falls below your target, you get an email.
Who it is for: Travelers who booked a hotel with free cancellation and want to know if the price drops, and travelers who want to book a hotel once it reaches a price they are willing to pay.
Facts
| Price checks | Once a day, on every plan |
| Alerts | Email from info@hotel-tracker.com when the rate is below your target, with the new rate and a booking link. Optional: a daily email with the current rate. |
| After an alert | The tracker keeps checking until your stay begins |
| Price source | Google Hotels metasearch data, accessed through a search API |
| Coverage | Any hotel you can find on Google Hotels |
| Where you booked | Does not matter: booking sites or directly with the hotel. No confirmation is forwarded, no booking account is linked. |
| Currencies | USD, EUR, CHF, GBP |
| Plans | Free: 1 tracker at a time, free for 3 months, no credit card · Gold: 3 trackers at a time, $42 a year · Platinum: 10 trackers at a time, $99 a year. Details on Pricing. |
| After the free 3 months | Account and trackers stay; price checks pause until you upgrade |
| One-time check | Did my hotel price drop?: one free live check, no sign-up |
| Rebooking | Not automatic. You decide and rebook yourself. |
| How it earns money | Paid plans, and an affiliate commission paid by the booking site when you book through a Hotel Tracker link. The price you see is the same either way. |

What Hotel Tracker does not do
- It does not cancel or rebook for you.
- It does not sell hotel rooms or handle bookings.
- It does not promise that a price will fall.
- Its price is a snapshot from metasearch data. The binding price is always the one at the booking provider when you book.
