Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Hotel-Tracker.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Hotel-Tracker.com is a hotel price tracking and alert service. We do not handle hotel bookings directly, but provide real-time price monitoring and deal alerts to help users make informed booking decisions.

1. We do not sell travel products

Hotel-Tracker.com is a website for travelers with member sections offering free and premium content. Hotel-Tracker.com does not provide, own or control any of the travel services and products that you can access through our website, such as flights, accommodations, rental cars, packages, airport transfers or travel insurance (the “Travel Products”). The Travel Products are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the “Travel Providers”), either directly or as an agent. The Travel Providers are responsible for the Travel Products, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your booking, so you must agree to and understand those terms. Your interaction with any Travel Provider accessed through our website is at your own risk, and Hotel-Tracker.com does not have any responsibility should anything go wrong with your booking or during your travel.

The display on our website of a Travel Product or Travel Provider does not imply, suggest or constitute a recommendation by Hotel-Tracker.com. The information on our web pages (in particular descriptions, images, prices and maps) is based on information from hotels and third-party providers, which we cannot verify for accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The information on this site is for information purposes only and does not constitute advice.

2. Membership and account registration

• Hotel-Tracker.com offers a membership-based service to track hotel prices and receive price-drop alerts.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.
• When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of service

• Hotel-Tracker.com provides users with the ability to track hotel prices and receive price-drop alerts based on their preferences.
• You agree to use the services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You may not use any automated means, including bots, scripts or other software, to access or use Hotel-Tracker.com without prior written consent.
• You may only use our website to search for legitimate travel deals and may not make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation.

Without prior written permission, you further agree not to: extract data via screen scraping; bypass measures that limit access; interfere with the normal operation of the website; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell the website; use it for unlawful or objectionable purposes; collect or store personal data about others; harass another individual; use it for commercial purposes; or transmit any advertising or promotional material.

4. Price tracking and alerts

• Hotel-Tracker.com tracks hotel prices across various booking platforms and provides real-time updates on price fluctuations.
• Price-drop alerts are sent based on your specified preferences, including destination, travel dates and budget thresholds.
• Hotel-Tracker.com does not guarantee the availability of any specific hotel or price and is not responsible for discrepancies between prices displayed on our website and those offered by third-party booking platforms.

5. Membership

By registering for our membership you are entering into a contract with us whereby we provide you with a digital subscription to receive and access our services and content. By purchasing a paid membership you receive access to our premium services and content for the term set out on the registration form. The costs of each membership are as set out on the website.

We provide information on a wide range of service providers, but other providers may be more appropriate for you. None of the information we provide amounts to a recommendation or endorsement; it is for general information purposes only. You must carefully read all features and terms and conditions of any deal or service before applying for it.

5.1 Payment and membership rules

• Membership fees are debited from your nominated payment method on the date of joining and then on each renewal.
• Your membership may be suspended if payment is not received by the due date.
• A membership is not transferable and is not refundable, except as described in section 5.2.
• Paid memberships automatically roll over from period to period unless you opt out within the designated timeframe.
• Hotel-Tracker.com reserves the right to refuse any application and to reject any registration containing inaccurate information.
• Membership benefits, terms and pricing may be amended at Hotel-Tracker.com’s discretion, with notice for renewal price increases.
• You are responsible for keeping your login password confidential and for any activity in your account.

5.2 Refunds & cancellations

• A refund is provided, upon approval, if cancellation is received within 7 calendar days after making payment. In that case your access is terminated immediately.
• Cancellations received after the stated deadline are not eligible for a refund.
• For annual subscriptions, cancelling before the end of the year does not entitle you to a refund.
• Cancellation and refund can only be made for the last period charged and paid.
• All refund requests must be made in writing via email (including username, user email and membership level).
• Refunds are not made to users who abuse or breach these Terms, the Privacy Policy or any applicable law.
• Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment.
• Membership cancellation can be made in your personal Hotel-Tracker.com dashboard, in the profile/subscription section after login.

5.3 Auto-renewal

Your subscription starts when we confirm your payment and continues for the stated period. When you purchase a subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your account, and you authorize us to store your payment method and automatically charge it each period until you cancel. Your rate is subject to change, with notice and the option to cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current subscription period, and no refunds are paid for any part of that period. The only valid method for cancelling an auto-renewal is via the cancellation link accessible after logging into your profile account. Requests by email, phone or live chat do not finalize a cancellation.

5.4 Free plan duration

Access to the Free plan is granted for three (3) months from the date your account is created. After that period your account and your saved trackers remain in place, but automatic price checks and price-drop alerts pause until you move to a paid plan. No payment details are required for the Free plan, and no charge is made when the free period ends. Accounts created before 25 July 2026 keep the access period granted to them at the time of registration.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and functionality of Hotel-Tracker.com are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any content from Hotel-Tracker.com without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Hotel-Tracker.com is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hotel-Tracker.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of our services; liability is based on the statutory provisions.

Hotel-Tracker.com is not a provider of travel services, nor an intermediary, tour operator or travel agency. The terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider apply to any contracts concluded through our service. Links to booking services of third-party providers do not constitute a recommendation, and we assume no liability for their content. We update prices and availability in real time, but cannot guarantee that the data displayed always matches the third-party provider’s own data. We assume no liability for technical faults outside our responsibility or for damage caused by force majeure, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.

7.1 Hotel information & selection

The usual star-based hotel classification is a non-binding indication of hotel standard, based on the hotels’ own assessment or that of affiliated third-party providers. All additional hotel information and descriptions are also based on information from third-party providers.

8. Links

Hotel-Tracker.com may contain links to other websites that we do not operate or control and for which we are not responsible. We provide these links for your reference and convenience and do not endorse their content. You should refer to the separate terms of use and privacy policies posted on those websites. You agree not to create a link from any website to our website without permission. Some links on this site may earn us referral fees, which help us improve Hotel-Tracker.com.

9. AI Pictures & Videos

By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that AI-generated images and videos may be used in connection with our travel and hotel deals, including promotional content, destination imagery, hotel representations, and other visual materials.

AI-generated images and videos are used for illustrative and promotional purposes only and may not always represent the exact appearance of a destination, hotel, aircraft, cabin, or other travel-related product or service. For accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the official provider or booking partner before making any travel arrangements.

10. Members & users

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account information, in particular their password, and for the use of their account. In the event of unauthorized use of Hotel-Tracker.com services, the registered user must notify us immediately. The protection of personal data is a high priority for us; for more information, please read our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access and delete their registration within one week of receiving relevant information about improper use of the website; the user may also terminate their own access within the same period.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of Hotel-Tracker.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using Hotel-Tracker.com, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties commit to participating in a mediation procedure through a recognized consumer mediation body. Legal action may only be taken once mediation has failed or no agreement has been reached within 60 days. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Any further dispute is governed by the laws of Switzerland, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland. By subscribing to Hotel-Tracker.com, you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older and agree to these terms.

In the event of disputes arising from or in connection with membership, travel services, bookings, content or other services arranged through our platform, the contracting parties agree to first attempt an out-of-court resolution through a recognized consumer mediation body. 
Participation in the mediation procedure is mandatory for both parties. Legal action may only be taken once the mediation procedure has failed or no agreement has been reached within 60 days of initiating the process.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en .  Consumers may use this platform to resolve disputes.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Modifications to these Terms

Hotel-Tracker.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
