Short and honest — the way pricing should be.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled in one click from your account page — no phone calls, no retention forms. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then you’re automatically moved to the Free plan. Your trackers stay intact.
What happens when I hit my tracker limit?
Nothing bad. Your existing trackers keep running — you just can’t add a new one until a stay ends (past check-out dates free up a slot automatically) or you upgrade. We’ll show you exactly which slot frees up next.
Can I track the same hotel more than once?
Yes. Each tracker is independent, so you can point several of them at the same hotel — for different dates, room rates or target prices — and each one alerts you separately. Your plan sets how many trackers can run at the same time, not how many different hotels you may pick.
How do you make money?
Two ways, and we’re upfront about both: subscription fees from the paid plans, and an affiliate commission when you book or rebook through one of our links. The commission is paid by the booking site, not by you — the price you see is the same either way. That’s also why we’re motivated to find you drops.
Do you need my credit card for Free?
No. The Free plan needs only your email address — that’s where we send your Hotel Price Alerts. No card on file, no surprise charges, no auto-upgrade. Free access runs for 3 months; after that your account and your saved trackers stay, but price checks pause until you upgrade.
